Money

Startershop allows you to accept cheque or credit card payments. You do not require a merchant account with a bank since Startershop has been integrated with PayPal, the payment system used and developed by eBay. This means that you open up an account with PayPal. PayPal takes credit card payments from your customers and you access PayPal and transfer the money into your bank account. All of this happens smoothly and offers you the easiest and quickest way of trading over web. See Security and taking Payments for more information.

Orders can, if you choose, be paid for by cheque. These orders are marked as "awaiting payment", and Startershop allows you to easily find these orders and process them once the funds have been cleared with your bank.
